In celebration of the season of love, Angels and Muse has curated “The Language of Love,” an afternoon of poetry, music, and photography exploring the many facets of love.
Romantic love often gets the spotlight this time of year but “The Language of Love” hopes to press beyond roses and splashy displays of affection. In an era when society seems to be barreling towards division, this event brings to the fore love in all its myriad forms: familial bonds, platonic friendships, sisterhood, brotherhood, and of course, romance.
The eclectic nature of the event extends to its programming which features a photography exhibition, poetry, readings, and experimental music by an exciting lineup of guests.
